Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Flight Envelope, we aim to make our membership simple and transparent. This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled.
Membership Plans
We offer Free, Essential, and Premium membership tiers. Free plans may be cancelled at any time. Paid plans are billed automatically via Stripe on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually.
Cancellations
Members may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting us at [your email address]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid resources until that date. Cancelling a membership does not provide a refund for payments already processed.
Automatic Renewals
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, members must cancel before the renewal date.
Refunds
Refunds are handled as follows. Monthly plans are non-refundable once a payment has been processed, though access will remain until the end of the paid month. Annual plans may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded member-only resources. After the fourteen-day period, annual payments are non-refundable, and access remains available until the end of the annual term. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, such as a duplicate payment, please contact us and verified errors will be refunded in full.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as proven system failures or errors on our side that prevent you from accessing purchased resources, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Refunds will not be granted for changes in personal circumstances, workload, or loss of interest.
